Gunny Pagnotta, Broker Associate

A Colorado native, Gunnison "Gunny" Pagnotta has also lived in Idaho and New Mexico. He and his beautiful wife, Heather (Opthalmic Technician) have five cherished children: daughter, Shyanne (24), a Kindergarten Teacher in Gardner; son, Corban (22) United States Coast Guard veteran and in Fire Science training at Santa Ana College, California; son, Weston (13) 7th Grade; son, Landon (11) 5th Grade; and daughter, Allie (8) 3rd Grade.

He grew up working on ranches throughout South-Central Colorado, affording him in-depth knowledge of farm and ranch including extensive experience working cattle, haying, farming, irrigating, fencing, and much more.

In addition, Gunny's high energy enthusiasm, sincere interest in listening carefully to needs and wants, and passion for the outdoors allow him to perfectly match prospective buyers with that perfect piece of the Colorado outdoors. He works tirelessly on behalf of buyers or sellers to assist them in their real estate "ad"ventures. Gunny’s favorite hobbies include: reading, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, home and property improvement, and sports.

From ranching and wildland firefighting in his early years to later work in sales, small business, teaching and coaching, Gunny brings a very diverse background to Capture Colorado. "I have had the greatest joy entering the real estate business because now I have the ability to help others in watching their dreams come true."
